Dear City Council,

I am writing to report the problems caused by the new shopping center construction at 15 Craig Street for the residential area. Thgis situation has led to residents not having a good time in their houses because of machinery noises, the dust entering our houses and blocked streets makes that impossible.

Let me provide you with more information about it. The machinery starts its work at 6 A.M. so the noise starts around that hour, and at that time some people still haven't gotten up. These situations worsen our quality of life, stressing the residents with sounds from morning until dusk. Moreover, a large amount of dust enters our houses making us clean constantly, and some people have respiratory problems or are allergic like in my case, so this contributes to health problems. Another case is that they closing the streets around, so we always have difficulties getting out with the cars.

I kindly request that you takfe action for this situation. I highly recommend placing restrictions on the construction, such as starting their operations at 9 A.M. Alsso, you can solicit them to clean the area, this would ensure that less dust enters our houses and fine them for closing the streets for a long timme.

Finally, I don't want the constructionn to not finish their work, I only desire that they can coexist with the surrounding residents. dThank you for your attention to this matter and I look forward to your prompt response.
